Founder of Acker Robison Realty, Michael Robison, has over 25 years of experience in marketing, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate, throughout the U.S., including retail, office, and industrial real estate. He has successfully negotiated leases on more than six million square feet of retail, office and industrial space throughout the U.S. including lease/purchase and incentive negotiation, and represents both purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in the metropolitan Memphis area.
Clients rely on his expert analysis of investment opportunities, including financial feasibility studies and site studies, conducted through background research and due diligence on various issues at the city, county and state level.
Mr. Robison holds a CCIM designation, and is a licensed Real Estate broker in TN, FL, AR & MS.
